Directions

  1. Put oven at 180°C/350°F.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Put into greased 21cm pan.
  4. Cook 50 minutes.
  5. Cool completely in tin then dust with icing sugar mixed with cocoa.
  6. If you wish serve with berries.

5 stars from the husband, and he didn't know what he was eating! Tastes a bit like a brownie, hard to get out of the pan, so be careful. I topped with sliced strawberries, I think it needs something, even just for color, next to it. I definite keeper!
