This came from a website, It is good you can add any spices you feel necessary

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups chickpeas, mashed
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 14 small onion, minced
  • 14 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Mash chickpeas.
  2. Add in everything else.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Place patties in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 20min.
