- 1 (10 ounce) can chickpeas
- 1 medium sized onion
- vegan mustard
- relish (makes it sweeter) (optional)
- 2 slices vegan bread (Rye is great with this)
- Cut up onion into small pieces Throw everything together in bowl Mash up chick peas, onion, mustard, relish with fork Put on vegan bread.
- Makes a great lunch!
Easy to make and to variate. Adding relish is really a good idea!
