  • 1 (10 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • vegan mustard
  • relish (makes it sweeter) (optional)
  • 2 slices vegan bread (Rye is great with this)


  1. Cut up onion into small pieces Throw everything together in bowl Mash up chick peas, onion, mustard, relish with fork Put on vegan bread.
  2. Makes a great lunch!
