What can I say.. lol... i might only posted a recipes that i already tried, I also shared it to my friends and they love it. Took the recipe from Hawaii Recipe ^_^.. want to learn to make the best food for my future husband ^_^... Enjoy it ;)
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into 1-1/2 inch square
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine or 1 tablespoon sake
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Blend all ingredients (except chicken). Soak chicken in sauce overnight. Charcoal, pan fry, or skewer, if desired, with onion and green pepper and broil.
My husband and daughter really liked it, but I didn't, but I think it's because I used the thighs when I don't like the flavor of dark meat. If I do this one again, I'll try it with breast meat.
