Chicken Won Tons With Hoisin-Peanut Dipping Sauce

"You can stir up the chicken mixture and fill the wonton wrappers while the frying oil heats. The dipping sauce that follows is great with these crispy won tons, but if you'd prefer, use one of the many bottled Asian sauces on the market."
