Mmmmm my new favorite pizza! Wow what a great sauce!!! I didn't have a full 2 cups of MJ cheese, so I used about 1 cup of MJ and .5 cups of Queso fresco. Had to sub cheddar for the parmesan (i know it's not really a sub! but it's what I had). Love love loved the cilantro on top. Next time I'll try it with the parm. SO GOOD! we ate this up. Thanks for the keeper!
YUM! This reminds me of BBQ Chicken Pizza - California Pizza Kitchen Style but so much better, with the raspberry and tomato flavors. My only suggestion is to coat the chicken in the 2nd half of the sauce instead of spreading it on top. Delicious!
