      I must admit that I'm partial to Middleastern foods. But this is something special. One of the best dishes we"ve made in months! It is especially interesting how much flavor is added by the sprinkling of seseme seeds at the last. It's not just a garnish, but an integral part of the flaor mix. Be sure to include the seseme....even if it means a special trip to the store.

      Easy to make and very generous servings for 4 people. I pre prepared and refridgerated it, then reheated it in a casserole dish in the oven. Went down a treat with my dinner guests last night.

      Even my 4 year old and 7 year old liked it! I substituted 1 kg of cubed boneless chicken breast for the 1 1/2 kg of bone-in chix. I know it made it a little drier and less authenic but that's what it takes to get my family to eat it. The preserved lemons are a must! (although my kids did not use them)
