Super easy meal. Serve with pasta or rice for a great dinner!
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1⁄4 cup dry white wine, or chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce) cansliced mushrooms, , drained
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine wine and soup.
- Pour over chicken.
- Top with mushrooms.
- Cook on low 7-9 hours.
Great recipe! the chicken was very tender .. i used 1/4 cup water and half a bouillon cube (onion flavored), cooked on high for 4 hours .. will make it again and again!!
awesome! I did chicken tenders instead of breasts and it was delicious! It was creamy the chicken was so tender and i made it with fresh broccoli and squash sauteed mmm! def easy and will make it again!
I'd rate it 5 stars for easy (took about 5 minutes to assemble this morning in the crock pot), and about 3 stars on taste. The gravy got pretty thin so I had to thicken it a bit with a little flour/water paste. Although it smelled wonderful, it tasted pretty bland. I've seen other versions that have the lipton onion soup added and I think this is definitely needed here. I served it over rice.
