    Chicken With Lemon Garlic Sauce

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Sprinkle poultry seasoning and salt & pepper on both sides of frozen chicken breasts.

      Place chicken breasts in a baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam.

      Cover dish.

      Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until fork tender.

      Place soup and garlic in a saucepan.
    6. 6
      Simmer for 2 minutes.

      Add white wine and lemon juice and continue to simmer for another 2 minutes.

      Add heavy cream or half & half.
    9. 9
      Stir in lemon zest.
    10. 10
      Continue to simmer for 2-5 minutes.

      Remove from Heat.

      Stir in 1 Stick Butter.

      Serve chicken breast on a bed of white rice. Spoon sauce over top.
