Incredibly good! This one is a keeper!
LOVED IT. I added some chopped cooked bacon and some cajun spice to the cheese and topped it with EVOO and paprika. After it was done inside I hit it with the broiler for 5 min and it looks and tastes great. I would like to share the beautiful photo with you.
These were OK. We were a little underwhelmed. The cheese mixture was nice enough. But the chicken needed some sort of browning or something on the outside. It stayed very pale and really needed something....... I may try to tweak it to our family's liking.
I picked this recipe for Spring PAC 2007. And it was so delicious! My family really enjoyed it. I used Chicken Cutlets and pounded them out thin and added the cheese to them and rolled them up around the cheese. I did add a little garlic powder to the cheese mixture. I found it all to be very flavorful and ingredients I would most likely have at any given time. Thanks for another great recipe!
This was just great! Fairly easy to make (aside from wrapping the chicken around the cheese - which I still haven't mastered). And it gave an excellent additional amount of taste. Yum yum. I will definately make again sometime. Thanks!!
