This was a simple and easy dish to prepare! The alfredo sauce was smooth and flavorful with a nice little kick from the crushed red pepper. I was surprised at how moist the boneless chicken breasts remained after pan frying (I kept them warm in the oven until the sauce was finished). I modified your directions slightly in that I cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite size chunks which I then tossed with the noodles. Great recipe!
Excellent! A great blend of flavors and very accurate instructions. The chicken came out very flavorful and the sauce was rich and delicious. I reduced the amount of hot pepper a bit, as I was also serving this to a child, but shook some additional hot pepper onto the adult portions. It was equally delicious with and without the heat.
