This was a good start. There wasn't much flavor from the way the recipe was written so I added a little bit of curry. That gave it some flavor that might not otherwise be there. Thanks for a good start.

I made a single serving and have enough for 2 meals. The chicken was browned in a pan sprayed with pan only then followed the recipe. I did need to add more apple juice 1/2- 2/3 of the way through. It turned out wonderfully. It was served with whole wheat couscous cooked in chicken broth that had raisins added. A very easy and delicious dinner. Made for Comfort Cafe, Jan 09.

This was pretty good! I used hard apple cider and instead of apricots which I didn't have I found out too late....I used sliced apples! I made a bowl out of the mashed potatoes and filled it with the stew! We liked it so I gave it 4 stars...I wish I had the apricots...someone ate them! Jelly
