This was such a nice dish. The sauce is what makes the dish and I can see using it for other things to. It is really easy to make. I served the chicken with rice and poured some of the sauce over the rice. Made for ZWT 5/2007

Normally I dislike Sandra Lee's recipes, but this one was an exception. I really enjoyed this chicken dish and it was my first time using fresh mint in a dish and I really liked the taste of it a lot. I scaled it own to two servings very easily. The sauce is really what makes this dish, I did not find it to be dry at all. I used 2 cloves since I love garlic. Very good recipe, I plan on serving this sauce over scallops later this week! Made for ZWT 3!

Very nice recipe! I found the sauce to be a bit dry, but that may have been me....it was delicious! And I grilled the chicken instead of baking it, very nice.
