Tried this recipe recently, came out great.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 20 ounces pineapple tidbits in juice
  • 2 cups chicken (cooked and cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups rice (cooked)
  • 13 cup slivered almonds (toasted)

Directions

  1. Saute bell pepper in oil. Add garlic.
  2. Mix in next 4 ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Serve over rice and top with almonds.
