DH and I consider ourselves chicken wing aficionados :). Searched for years for the right recipe and finally figured it out. Serve with a cold pint and blue cheese dressing, if desired. Adjust quantity of hot sauce to suit your taste.


  1. Deep fry wings at 190 for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in 6-8 cup container with lid, then add the Frank's.
  3. Drain wings on paper towels, then transfer into butter mixture, lid, and shake until well coated.
  4. It's that easy!
