- Cut chicken wings into 3 pieces; discard the tips.
- In a large bowl, place chicken wing pieces, flour, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Shake off excess flour and place chicken in the bowl of the actifry.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the bbq sauce and cook another 5 minutes, or until chicken is well coated with sauce.
