  1. Cut chicken wings into 3 pieces; discard the tips.
  2. In a large bowl, place chicken wing pieces, flour, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Shake off excess flour and place chicken in the bowl of the actifry.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the bbq sauce and cook another 5 minutes, or until chicken is well coated with sauce.
