  • 236.59 ml chicken, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 59.14 ml onion, chopped
  • 59.14 ml green olives, chopped
  • 59.14 ml cucumber, chopped
  • 4.92 ml olive juice
  • 354.88 ml pasta, uncooked
  • 29.58 ml mayonnaise
  • 4.92 ml sodium-free seasoning (I used Mrs. Dash)
  • 59.14 ml Italian dressing

directions

  • Boil pasta while chopping up veggies and chicken.
  • Rinse and drain pasta with cold water
  • Place pasta in a large bowl and mix with Italian dressing; set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Mix up chopped chicken, veggies, seasoning and mayo.
  • Mix pasta and veggie/chicken mixture.
