Nice easy to make soup with a bit of a kick. The chicken can be from a roasted chicken or cut up chicken brest.

Directions

  1. Put first 9 i ngredients in a blender or food processer and blend until thick.
  2. Add chicken broth to soup pot on medium heat and add blended ingredients.
  3. Add chicken and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. To serve put tortillia chips in each bowl, add pepper jack cheese and pour in soup.
  5. Garnish with sour cream and sliced avacado if desired.
