  • 10 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 10 12 ounces Fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mild enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 3 cooked chicken breasts
  • Doritos
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheese

  • Place soups, enchilada sauce, milk, and salsa into crockpot or pan. (for a smoother soup blend salsa before mixing it in with the soup) Dice chicken breasts and add to soup. Simmer all day, or low boil on stove for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve over cruched up Doritos. Top with sour cream and shredded cheese. Double for leftovers!

  1. I used hot enchilada sauce instead of mild. Big mistake I had a hard time eating it, but will try again. The only thing else I might change is the amount of milk as it was a little runny for me.
     
  2. This is an easy recipe that I've made for a number of years. I make mine without the salsa and only 1 soup can of milk.
     
  3. Chelseajoy, this is a really nice soup. Since I like everything spicy, I bought hot salsa,added it in and kept everything the same. It was really great! Next time, I am going to cook it in a crockpot and double the portions for everyone to enjoy! Thanks for a simple and delicious recipe.
