ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts, pound to 1/4 inch
- 59.14 ml butter, melted
- 453.59 g Ritz crackers, crushed
- 12 slice monterey jack cheese
- 118.29 ml dried onion
- garlic powder, as desired
directions
- Pound chicken flat to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place chicken in melted butter to coat competely.
- Then put coated chicken into ritz's to coat evenly.
- Put in 13 x 9 pan then place cheese slice on one end of chicken then fold over.
- Sprinkle with dried onion and garlic powder to your desire.
- Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

I have been nursing for about 9 years and have a disabled daughter that 17 years old and 3 other girls 19, 18, and 8 years and a step son that is 16 years old. Was just remarried in August 2009. So, I have a very tight schedule.
