Pakistani barbecued chicken. Preparation time does not include time for marinating. If desired, serve with naan.

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken all day or overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Also combine dip ingredients and chill all day or overnight.
  3. Grill or broil chicken, 5-7 minutes per side, basting with marinade, until chicken is done and skin is crisp.
  4. Serve chicken with dip.

This was a good recipe! My husband and I really enjoyed. It was definately something outside of our usual chicken recipes, but am glad we tried it. The chicken was moist and the marinade was flavourful. I am not a huge fan of fresh mint, so the dip wasn't exactly my favourite, but it paired well with the chicken. Thanks for posting, I know others will really enjoy this recipe as well!
