Adapted from a recipe found in Australian Good Taste magazine November 2002 - you can serve it with naan bread and chutney or just in a bread roll with salad
- Process all together in food processor till very well combined and chicken well minced.
- Shape into about 8 patties
- Heat a little oil in a non stick fry pan.
- Cook patties 5 -6 minutes till cooked through and golden brown.
Super easy and a nice tasty change for chicken burger patties. I used a gluten-free curry paste and bread to make my burgers gluten-free. Served with a salad on the side and a store-bought mango chutney for an easy family weeknight dinner.Photo also to be posted. Reviewed for October 2012 Recipe Swap in the Aus/NZ forum
This was outstanding! I served it on buns with mango chutney and it was loved by my guests. Not to hot, the spicing was just right. Thanks so much for posting it kate, hard to believe its healthy too
