Make and share this Chicken Thighs in a Mango Curry Marinade recipe from Food.com.
- 10 boneless chicken thighs
- 1⁄3 cup mango chutney
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Combine ingredients for the marinade. Add to chicken pieces and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
- Prepare the grill.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill until cooked through.
WOW!!! I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and they were amazing and it smelled so yummy the whole time it was cooking in the oven. I let them marinate about half the day and it was perfect with saffron rice and some baby butter beans. The kids loved this dish as well. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Good, fast, and easy. I cooked it in a 350 oven for 45 minutes. I didn't marinate but it was still very tasty.
This creates the most amazing, sweet, tangy glaze on the chicken!!!!! It is so delicious!!!!! I used six skinless thighs and I kept the marinade the same as for ten. Marinated them for an hour and a half. I used Patak's sweet mango chutney which I have found to be my favorite. I don't have a grill right now so I baked these at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes in the marinade. The meat turned out so tender and juicy. Thanks for this wonderful recipe, will definitely make again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
