This was okay although my kids did not enjoy this. I made exactly as posted but not too thrilled with the results. I probably won't be making again. Thanks for sharing.
I, too, thought this was a bit too bland for us but it is a great base recipe. After spicing it up a bit, we really enjoyed it.
Very good. We had leftover turkey and this worked out perfectly. I added some lowfat cheddar on top and instead of mushrooms, I used 3/4 of peas. I only had 1/3 c. of sour cream so I added 1/2 cup of milk. I also added garlic powder, pepper, seasoned salt, dried onions and onion powder to give it more flavor. I think next time I'd use a little more milk. I don't like to have too much of a sour cream taste, so the milk would work to add creaminess. Thanks!

I liked that we couldn't tell this was lowfat. It was creamy and comforting. I did feel it needed some more flavor to it, maybe next time I'll experiment with spicing it up. The kids gobbled it up. Thanks for a fast and healthy recipe!
I'd say it was okay, a little bland. I would throw in some peas for color and a little more garlic. I also grilled the chicken w/ garlic & herb spice to try & flavor it up.
For some reason, mine turned out tasting way too garlicy (and I love garlic!). It was great besides that, so I will try it again soon and just reduce the amount of garlic I use.
This was a big hit at my house...I served it with french bread and a nice salad...the men loved it and ate 2nds. This will be on a weekly or bi-weekly menu here for sure. Great taste and so easy to make. Mmmmm!
This was very good and creamy and you couldn't tell it was low fat. We really enjoyed it and it was easy to make too. Thanks for the great recipe. Reviewed for PAC Spring 2008
