This was a very good and easy recipe and freezes well!! I made the recipe as is except I left out the pimentos. I did not like the bread crumbs on top...they tasted funny to me but that could have been the brand I was using. Will def make again!

This was really good! I am trying to watch my calories so I had to use fat free or low fat ingredients for almost everything, but I bet it is even better with regular ingredients. ;)

My whole family really enjoyed this dish. I didn't have any celery salt--so I did not use that. I used 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and it was plenty for us. I also added an extra dash or two of the cayenne pepper, which made it pretty spicy. I did not add the bread crumb and butter topping. Thanks for such a great recipe!

This recipe was o.k. for me. I was expecting the sauce to be more pronounced. Thanks for the recipe.

I did not try this myself, but made it for a friend who just had a baby. I got an email from her today "OH MY GOSH THIS IS FANTASTIC!!! I have to have the recipe!" I think that pretty much speaks for itself.

Thank you for posting this recipe. I have been searching for my mom's recipe for years. Hers' was exactly the same, except it was called turkey tetrazzini. We always used chicken, instead of the turkey. The only difference she made, was cream of celery soup. Personally I remember making it with cream of chicken soup and liking it better. To any other viewer, don't leave the pimentos out, they really help make it a good recipe.
