- 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
- 1 1⁄4 cups chopped onions
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 5 1⁄2 cups cooked diced chicken
- 4 cups grated colby-monterey jack cheese
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can milk (use soup can)
- salt & pepper
directions
- Break spaghetti in half and cook as directed, drain.
- Saute onions in margarine.
- Mix onions and remaining ingredients in large casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
