  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguine
  • 1 (3 cup) package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimiento
  • 12 green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 8 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Bake chicken breasts at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into large chunks.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on box, drain.
  3. Grease 15x9 baking dish.
  4. Spread pasta in bottom of baking dish.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  6. In large sauce pan add chicken and mushroom soup, milk, onion, green pepper,salt and pepper.
  7. Cook until hot over medium flame.
  8. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese to sauce mixture. Stir well.
  9. Drain pimentos and mushrooms.
  10. Sprinkle chicken chunks, 3/4 cup cheese, pimentos, mushrooms and frozen peas over pasta. Lightly mix together.
  11. Pour sauce over pasta.
  12. Top with remaining 3/4 cup of cheese.
  13. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
