  1. Saute celery and onion.
  2. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a casserole dish.
  3. Add some milk if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  5. Add cheese to cover the top.
  6. Bake for another 15 minutes.
