I use gluten free pasta (Doesn't matter what shape) and goats butter and cheese as my wife is intolerant of gluten and dairy, soy cream, a dash of white wine and a few dashes of pepper sauce give it a great zingy taste. Mushrooms go well in the dish too.

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook and drain spaghetti.
  3. Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, also the broth and cream. Bring to a boil.
  4. In a baking dish combine spaghetti, water, chicken, and the sauce.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
