  1. Super easy, and super good! I think I might switch it up a bit and used ranch potato chips instead of barbecue. This time I used the barbecue chips, and dipped in ranch....next time I'll use ranch potato chips, and dip in barbecue sauce! There will definitely be a next time....they are so quick to make, and moist and juicy! Thanks for sharing, Andi. Made for I Recommend Tag.

  2. Fantastic! I saw this recipe on Taste of Home.. (similar)... it was just the egg wash and the barbecue chips. I had to try them. I mixed some ranch dressing with a little barbecue sauce for the dipping sauce. This is a keeper for sure.

  3. These are wonderfully spiced, fun little bites of chicken! The coating really works on the bite-size pieces. I served with a sweet honey bbq, which we really enjoyed. Thank you for sharing, Andi!

  4. Delish! These little nuggets of goodness were so quick and easy to make. I did 1/2 teaspoon of the hot sauce, but still couldn't really tell it was in there...I think I'd put quite a bit more in next time. We love heat. The barbecue flavor was really nice too. We tried some Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and also ranch dressing for dipping, and both my husband and I liked both but preferred the ranch. I've done something similar to this before using crushed doritos on whole chicken breasts -- I really liked these little bitty bits because you got a lot more crunch and coating with each bite than you do when it's a whole chicken breast. This was so easy even a caveman could do it ;) lol. Thanks for a keeper of a recipe! Made for Theirs, Yours, & Mine Photo Tag.

  5. No change to the recipe, I made 2 sets of these in one night and had no leftovers! I even made these with baked chips!!! Will definitely add this to out collection of Sunday dinner recipes!
