Delicious! I would have liked just a little more heat. Next time I will add a diced jalapeno or 2, but overall a keeper! Super easy by using the crock pot. Lunch was ready before I knew it. This would also make an awesome filling for chimichangas. *Made for Spring PAC 2009*

Directions

  1. combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. heat on low for 8 hours.
  3. serve on tacos with all the fixings.
