- 5 cups cooked penne pasta, cooled
- 250 g smoked chicken, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, roasted, peeled and sliced
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup kraft* classic mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- Combine pasta with chicken, avocado, and roasted red capsicum in a large bowl.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce and toss gently until all ingredients are well coated. Serve.
