  1. 1. In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken. Drain of excess fat and water.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, worcestershire sauce, chili oil, basil, and oregano. Stir to coat chicken with mixture.
  3. 3. Add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are slightly soft.
  4. 4. Stir in spinach. Cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Stir in chilies, pineapples, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in bean sprouts, and tomatoes. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  7. 7. Serve over rice.
