  1. This was OK for us. I followed the recipe exactly as written other then I seasoned the chicken as I knew without any seasoning it would be bland. Even though we topped the stuffing with the chicken and heated it through, the chicken was a bit cooler then the rest of the dish which my hubby didn't like.

  2. My Husband and I loved this recipe !! It tasted almost like my chicken and dressing I have been making for 25 years. It was quick and delicious. I used a shredded deli chicken and omitted the cheese and served with turkey gravy. YUMMM !! It was a hit. Thank you for the recipe.

  4. This was a life saver of a dish! Had two boneless, skinless chicken breasts defrosted for dinner and what happens??...two extra people for dinner. Remembered seeing this recipe in the last couple of days and this is what I did. I cut through both breasts making four. Pounded them a bit. Prepared pkg. dressing, put some down the middle of each breast along with some diced fresh tomatoes, rolled them up,put seam side down in greased dish. Heated the milk, soup and butter just until butter melted, poured over chicken. Put in 350F oven covered for 20 minutes. Sprinkled with the cheese and returned to oven just until cheese got bubbly and started to brown. A salad and some homemade rolls and the guests thought I had cooked for hours! Thanks so much for this recipe and I sure hope you don't mind that I made some changes.
