A great family meal on a Sunday afternoon.
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 4 cups herb stuffing mix
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cut up
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- Combine melted butter and stuffing mix. Pour half in 9x13 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over stuffing.
- Spread remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minute.
