I was trying to find a low-fat recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu and was unsuccessful, so I decided to make up my own. I don't know if its true chicken cordon bleu, but it was good!


  1. Slit chicken breasts to create a pocket.
  2. Tear or cut cheese slices in half, tucking 2 halves into each breast.
  3. Fill space between cheese with ham cubes.
  4. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
