Loved the idea! I used leftover pork, white rice (still trying to make the kids eat brown rice), two eggs instead of one and a little more soy sauce. Kids and husband loved it!

We are on a low carb diet so when I found this I thought this is appropo.<br/>We loved it! I have to figure out how to make it more moist. Maybe it's not supposed to be moist, but I would have preferred a little bit more gooky? Anyway, I've saved this, and I will make it lots more times.

My first-ever stir fry! Thanks for such an easy to follow recipe. It was delicious. My husband and I are very happy to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

I thought this was so easy and quick to put together. I would like to try it with more than 1 egg, too. I also thought it needed a bit more soy sauce but other than that it was great! A+++

I really liked this. I added an extra egg and the egg in it was still scarce, so I think next time I will go with 3 eggs. My husband thought it could use a bit more soy sauce, but I don't know if I agree with that one. The recipe was pretty easy to make as well. I thought it tasted really good. It made a huge batch, I have enough left over for tomorrow. :)
