Reviews

  1. Loved the idea! I used leftover pork, white rice (still trying to make the kids eat brown rice), two eggs instead of one and a little more soy sauce. Kids and husband loved it!

  2. We are on a low carb diet so when I found this I thought this is appropo.<br/>We loved it! I have to figure out how to make it more moist. Maybe it's not supposed to be moist, but I would have preferred a little bit more gooky? Anyway, I've saved this, and I will make it lots more times.

  5. I thought this was so easy and quick to put together. I would like to try it with more than 1 egg, too. I also thought it needed a bit more soy sauce but other than that it was great! A+++

Tweaks

  1. one baked chicken breast, 1 cup rice, 2 eggs, veggies, no soy. sea salt 1/2 tsp or to taste, garlic salt 3/4 tsp or to taste, 1/4 tsp pepper and cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp or to taste. I don't measure seasonings normally so these are approximate. was a nice change and the simple seasoning really made the dish for me especially as I do not care for soy sauce.
