Loved the idea! I used leftover pork, white rice (still trying to make the kids eat brown rice), two eggs instead of one and a little more soy sauce. Kids and husband loved it!

My first-ever stir fry! Thanks for such an easy to follow recipe. It was delicious. My husband and I are very happy to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

I thought this was so easy and quick to put together. I would like to try it with more than 1 egg, too. I also thought it needed a bit more soy sauce but other than that it was great! A+++
