  • Slice chicken into thin strips.
  • Mix with soy sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper in small bowl.
  • Heat small skillet and add olive oil.
  • Saute chicken until golden brown on medium high heat.
  • Reduce heat to low, and add vegetables.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Fill and fold the egg roll wraps.
  • Heat oil in small pot.
  • Fry spring rolls until light brown and crispy.
