ingredients
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup diced carrot
- 1⁄4 cup iceberg lettuce
- 1⁄8 cup red bell pepper
- 4 -6 egg roll wraps
- 2 cups vegetable oil
directions
- Slice chicken into thin strips.
- Mix with soy sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper in small bowl.
- Heat small skillet and add olive oil.
- Saute chicken until golden brown on medium high heat.
- Reduce heat to low, and add vegetables.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Fill and fold the egg roll wraps.
- Heat oil in small pot.
- Fry spring rolls until light brown and crispy.
