ingredients

• 473.18 ml chopped cooked chicken
• 2-3 mushrooms, cut up
• 1 shallot, chopped
• 1 sprig fresh parsley, cut up
• 44.37-59.16 ml mayonnaise
• 4.92 ml Dijon mustard
• toasted baguette, sliced

directions

1. Add all ingredients except baguette slices to a food processor; process until smooth.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Spread on toasted baguette slices.

I thought this was great! My DH didn't care for it, but he likes his food very plain, just salt and pepper. Thanks for a nice spread!
