- 473.18 ml chopped cooked chicken
- 2-3 mushrooms, cut up
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 sprig fresh parsley, cut up
- 44.37-59.16 ml mayonnaise
- 4.92 ml Dijon mustard
- toasted baguette, sliced
directions
- Add all ingredients except baguette slices to a food processor; process until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread on toasted baguette slices.
