"Make a batch to season chicken dishes and soup. Great no-salt better-than-poultry-seasoning."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1/3 cup

ingredients

• 4.92 ml white pepper
• 4.92 ml rubbed sage
• 14.79 ml marjoram
• 14.79 ml thyme
• 14.79 ml rosemary
• 29.58 ml parsley flakes

directions

1. Mix well and store in an air-tight jar for use when needed.
2. Sprinkle to taste on chicken dishes.
3. Add 1 tablespoon to a pot of chicken based soup.

A great way to use those seasonings. I went light on the pepper, using black pepper cause I don't have white. Thank you Elaine!

Really very nice. I used it to make a Southwestern style chicken soup for lunch. It takes simply no time at all to put together and is a mix of seasonings that any cook will have at hand. I can't figure out where the 18% fat comes from in this blend. As far as I'm concerned it's fat free and I'll enjoy it as such. Thumbs on this one.
