A quick, filling meal that even the pickiest eater will love.
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
- 8 ounces vermicelli, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can mushroom
- 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
- grated cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix all ingredients except for cheddar cheese together in large mixing bowl.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake additional 5 minutes, until cheddar cheese melts.
