Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown chicken, onion, and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer to thicken.
  3. Serve over hot cooked angel hair pasta.
  4. Note: I like less sauce and more chicken.
  5. You could use only l chicken breast half and this recipe would be saucier.

Great recipe, Joy. The only change I made was to add a couple pinches of dried red chili flakes. It was really easy, and tasted terrific. I think I diced the chicken a little too big this time, so next time will make a smaller dice.

The kids and I loved it but hubby thought it lacked something. Maybe next time I will add a few chilli flakes like Clifford. Otherwise great recipe.
