We loved this-- adding it to my "keepers"file :-) I seasoned the chicken with salt and Italian pepper before cooking it to give more flavor. The only addition I made to the recipe was about a cup of green peas I had left over from another meal-- stirred them in at the very end. Thanks for sharing this.
I made this tonight for my weekly Sunday family dinner. While my daughter & son-in-law thought it was great, my husband was a little less enthused. I added about 1/4 cup more rice to make it a little less soup-like.
