  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add tomatoes, onions, and peppers; heat for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken, thyme, cumin, chili powder, and chicken broth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in cilantro right before serving.
  7. Heat tortillas.
  8. Fill tortillas with mixture and serve.
