  1. In medium skillet cook onion, green pepper, and almonds in butter until veggies are tender but not brown.
  2. Add chicken, salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Cover and cook till chicken is heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine eggs with the cheese; pour over chicken.
  5. Cook and stir gently over low heat until done, 7 to 10 minutes.
