We thought these were good. Not exactly the taste we were expecting, but good nonetheless. I would probably leave out the brown sugar next time, as they were a tad sweet. The sage seemed to get lost in that sweetness, so my first thought was to increase the amount of sage. However, I think I'll make a batch without the brown sugar first, to see if that helps bring out the flavor of sage. But overall, we were pleased. They looked and smelled nice, and the texture was pleasant.

  1. Measure first 7 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Divide into 8 patties.
  6. Fry in greased frying pan until no pink remains.
