Wonderful! I only used 2 breasts but made the entire sauce recipe. This was quick and easy but wonderful flavor. We will be having this one often. Served with Parmesan Spinach Cakes.
Just terrific. For once I didn't change a thing and it was perfect as written. Twas enjoyed by adults & teens alike and I suspect even wee ones would love this dish. I went with ChicagoRN's idea of doubling the sauce...absolutely the right idea.
This was really, really good and not very difficult to make. I doubled the sauce, then added about 1/4 cup of heavy cream to it to make a lemon-cream sauce...devine! Will definitely be making this again!
Oh boy did I love this. I've made other saltimbocca recipes (and I'm not typically a fan of saltimbocca) but this was amazing. The lemon sauce (which I doubled) makes this recipe and is great over white rice. Served this with broccoli and artichokes. Great dinner! Definite keeper.
Wow!!!! I love the sauce. This was very easy to make and it was a big it in my family. I've made other Saltimbocca recipes before, but this is the best by far.
Oh this is good and it's cooked in min's. My alteration was to use dried sage as I can't get fresh here. It cooks up to a beautiful golden color and while the prosciutto may separate from the chicken it's not a problem to just lay it back on. The lemon sauce is wonderful and if there had been more I might have gotten a straw to make sure none was missed. This is a keeper (and it's even diabetic ok!)
