This is a great alternative to mayo based chicken salad! Alter ingredients to your taste (I like extra pepper).
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons dried dill weed
- 3 -4 dashes black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup diced celery
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- Boil chicken breasts and pull chicken in a bowl once cooked. Add yogurt, celery, dill weed and pepper to taste. Let sit overnight in frig for best flavor. Makes about four sandwiches, or just eat plain!
