    Chicken Salad With Dijon and Mango

    Directions:

    Prep Time: 1 1/2 hrs

    Total Time: 1 1/2 hrs

    1. 1 Marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for 1 hour.
    2. 2 Grill chicken. Cool and dice in 1/2" cubes.
    3. 3 Toss with remaining ingredients and chill well, at least 35 minutes.
    4. 4 Serve on a bed of greens. (your choice).
    5. 5 Add salt and pepper as needed before service.

    A lovely salad to eat. It is very refreshing for the hot weather, and very versitile. Prep time includes chill time.
